Tracey Heritage is licensed as an Employing Broker with the State of Colorado. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Western Colorado Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and is a member of CAI (Community Associations Institute).

Tracey has been working as a Property Manager since 1994 and started Heritage Property Management in 2005. The staff at Heritage Property Management will be a great resource for you to accomplish your goals as a Homeowner Association or as a property investor.

Linda Edwards is a licensed Broker with the State of Colorado.  She enjoys a long and solid reputation in the Property Management industry.  Linda began as a resident manager in 1975 and has been exclusively managing Homeowner Associations and Residential Property for the duration of her career.

Cindy Brown joined Heritage Property Management in August of 2008 and is our receptionist and maintenance coordinator. She has an extensive background in customer service and applies her strong people skills with our customers.
