Tracey Heritage is licensed as an Employing Broker with the State of Colorado. She is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Western Colorado Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and is an active member of CAI (Community Associations Institute). Tracey has been working as a Property Manager for 7 years. She started Heritage Property Management in 2005. Linda Edwards
Linda Edwards is a licensed Broker with the State of Colorado. She enjoys a long and solid reputation in the Property Management industry. Linda began as a resident manager in 1975 and has been exclusively managing Homeowner Associations and Residential Property for the duration of her career. Linda is an accomplished problem-solver and communicator. Heritage Property Management is very proud to have her on our team. |

Debbie Campbell
Debbie Campbell has a long history with Real Estate accounting from her background as a Title Closer. As the company’s full-charge bookkeeper, she demonstrates attention to detail in the high-volume environment. You’ll probably talk to Debbie first, and you’ll find her to be helpful and informed. Debbie has been on board with Heritage Property Management from the beginning, and we feel she is an important part of our growth & success. |
